It's been ages since I've written a blog and I really miss it. I recently signed up for a Facebook account and found a way to import my Blogger page into the Notes section. Pretty cool feature.
For those of you who are first reading my blog, I started it when I left the newsroom as a reporter and joined the online team. Not writing daily for the paper anymore, I missed writing. And, for the first time in years, I started writing for fun.
My blog is based off the concept of a "placeblog." It's all about North Port, FL, where I live and the adventures that I have here. I'm anxious to continue writing about this City. I love this place. And I love what this City promises to become.
So, stay tuned, and you'll hear more adventures from a cyclist inside this Southwest Florida town.
